To this very day berry's are illigle to consume due to the law of Washington, Due to the purpose of intoxicating minors/being served to intoxicated people these substances will only be allowed to be dissed out at predetermined places, E.G A Bar or a night club, these stores will have to have a license to sell these berry's to customers.

Selling these substances to a minor/intoxicated person(s) will result in a loss of license of said store. If a store doesn't have a license and is selling berry's it is considered illigle and the cop's may arrest you for berry trade. ONLY licensed stores may disrepute/sell these substances to the general public.

Vote on if you want these substances to be legal in your state now!

+1 Add this to PH13 aswell. Economy would boost so much.

License for selling berries could be a good idea, however we could see an increase of total deaths due to such drug taking.
RPHD as recorded results of at least 7 people dying with some type of drug substance in their body.

The License is in place to so that this doesn't happen, a member of the public can make a complaint about the store and I will investigate weather the store is allowed to sell the substances anymore. More information on this post: http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=6452

How will a store have a "license"? Are you requiring plugin assistance in this matter or you got another system to give licenses to a store?

I don't think that this would work very well.

Berrys is one of the biggest things that allow cops to arrest players, even when we don't exactly see the drugs if we hear a conversation we arrest them and then strip search them at RPHD Base and we usually find stuff on them.

Not currently, we are just planning on using signs to display the licenses and a chart with all the allowed substance stores.

You will still be able to do this outside of the licensed stores. This will not break the RP side of berry's but will make them legal under some circumstances.
