Red is new, more info to be added.More will be decided soon, as you can see this term I will be focusing my efforts on Seattle, reducing lag, clutter, and unneeded bases.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?
Why I think I am fit for the position: I want to spend my time building. Sounds too simple. But yes, that's what i want to do. Dedication and patience is needed to construct the most complex of the builds and i think i can spare both as i have done in a past few occasions. Backing away from a problem isn't my thing. I will surely come up with a solution and work my way past it. Also i want to share some of my builds. It will be there in the screenshots below-
What have I done for the server: Throughout the early days i have spent in the server and even now, i have done deeds like most of the people do. Yes, it sounds too cliche but i have helped people in need- strangers and friends alike. Giving out suggestions to people in the server and forums alike sure felt good when they benefited from it. I have also started two RP towns on #10 in a attempt to bring the community into a more ordered fashion, this so far has been a joy and is well appreciated by the community. (except for when I crashed the server) :)
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?:
What can I do for this server: I feel i have come a long way since i first joined the server and now i have the building skills i need to help the server with several new projects and reconstructing the designs of the ongoing projects. I am ready to work on anything new that is demanded by the players and the staff alike and further help & guide the players with their builds when in need.
I feel with the help of Apples, Black Jesus and :) by my side I feel we can organize the Police force and further improve the server in many ways. We are going to organize a meeting with High-Ranking members of the community every 4-8 days, simuler to what Madam tried to do. I will also assign people to certain towns to manage them and enhance them for RP.
Communication between me and the higher-ups is going to be esenchal as we may investigate the laws and make them more suited to the RP to further the RP side of the server, but trying not to make it boring for the player.
I have also helped the community by installing MATS/Berry licenses, in my nest term I will push further into getting having Berry Licenses and having people apply for loans if they have a MATS license installed in their company. I will also make it fair on those who are not donaters and will make it the best RP experience on Unturned.
I will also be installing Mayor Funds in which I build the stores and loan them out to managers, these managers will only be able to store, stored goods on the shop area so that raiders do not get good lout. The store will be completely made for them when they come in and the only thing they need to do is start their company. Mangers, these are the people who are going to be running the stores, they can hire etc but I only provide them with the land they start their company on. The building will be checked regularly when me and the owner of the company is online, I will thoroughly inspect the building so that it meets the MATS standard, if it doesn't it has broken the following guidelines.
[*]Wrongful storage of goods (personal items)
[*]Built too much without consent
[*]Has altered or endangered the public in some way shape or form
[*]Is selling illegal drugs/items
[*]Is involved in criminal actions agenst the state.
[*]Is selling apartments/homes for prices too high that the public cannot afford it.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?:
Im currently planning on assigning people to towns and setting them up with them E.G placing Industrial Gens up to provide power etc. In Seattle you will see a improvement on Dutchy's idea of having a food bank, instead we will be using the brown tower to avoid having zombies attack it, inside this tower we will have a floor for farming and water, one floor is a restraint, one is a hospital and another is a court room. Power will be set up at important locations around the city. We will also enhance the Police presence around Seattle and have it be more organised.
I will also be funding the RPHD in their pay checks to gain more members. In doing this I will support more members of the force to apply for RPHD meaning a more organized fighting force. Using this to my advantage I will combat crime in Washington sending tactical forces into hostage situations. I also plan on having more training for the RPHD to let only the best of the best force members join the team.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions)
Setting up a more organised Police Force to protect the server from the invading Apples (lol), trying to build a working RP town that the server can hold (and hopefully doesn't crash the server lol) and using my knowledge of the server to improve it for the future!
