1.0: Teal Berrys will be legal to carry in properties that are given clearance by me. Teal Berrys will act as liquor as no drinks make you hallucinate. In most restaurants and clubs teal berrys will be legal. In your own home they will be legal unless you try to grow them, they will then become illegal. Carrying any teal berrys anywhere else will be grounds for arrest.

Alright let's calm down boiz, doesn't matter where all those ideas came from, I haven't created mayor for people to argue on who has the best "ideas" it was made to enhance RP and have a leader across most of the roles, so please stop the argument else further punishments will have to be initiated.

+1 The only guy who can make PEI better. I am not voting him because he is partnering up with but because he is a understanding and kind hearted guy who can understand the problems of others and make them better.
