For those of you that didn't know, there is a new set of condominiums that just popped up in the North-west corner of the map, near the golf course. This, in fact, is a new residence area set up by yours truly, as an alternative to RP town. It is by far the safest place to live in Washington, as a gated community should be. Condos can be rented or bought, whichever you prefer (or your pay-grade can handle). Insurance can be bought/negotiated as well, it actually comes free as part of buying a condo instead of renting. Prices will fluctuate depending on availability, but as of right now they stand at 1k per night on the first floor, and 2.5k per night on the second floor. You also don't have to worry about 1 silly raid eliminating the entire community either, as each condo is its own base, therefore must be raided individually. Remember there is safety in numbers (not to mention insurance). As the community grows, so will the amenities. As of right now the only free services are the protection from our sentries and the four pump-jacks out front, but more are to come (like a restaurant with working ovens!). Garage space is also available for purchase, currently at 500 bamboo per 24 hour period, with permanent garage space being available for just 5k. Permanent condos are available as well. They are currently going for 15k on the first floor and 30k on the second.
