Just a thought;

I recently got talked to by some mods that when the main raider in a raid (the one who calls it) dies, the other raiders must immediately raid over. They said that in a real life situation, that if your leader died you would abandon and run away. That's not my thinking. My thinking is that if anything, I would wan't to avenge my leader and keep going by killing the person you killed my leader. I don't know if these even get taken into consideration, but its worth a try.
