So with the new campaigns going on, and applications and posts about this and that being all over the place and confusing, it would be best to get some of the candidates viewpoints on this thread for the common voter to come here and be able to look at. In a real-life election, debates help voters see the issues that the community faces and how each candidate plans to deal with those issues. Mayoral Candidates, please answer the following questions in a reply to this thread. All these questions are required for a candidate to run, if you do not answer every question, your name will not be placed on the ballot. Please answer all these questions in the comments below, and players feel free to debate with more questions and talk with the candidates and your fellow voter.

As Mayor if elected, how will you be balance with the police and bandits, hitmen and kidnappers when you know you are "Head" leader of the police force?

Will you provide funding to Pandahut Police and possibly other groups that may need it for Police stations and other bases/businesses/misc structures?

What laws will you add/keep if you became mayor?

Will you follow all the mayor rules? Will you carry any guns or weapons on you? Will you kill any players? Will you confirm all laws with admins before you put them in effect?

Are you willing to change your laws and actions in the event that it brings a negative player mood towards you or the server?

What is your view of Pandahut #13 under your Mayoral Control?:i believe that under my mayor control the people will benifit a lot, i have a whole lot planned if i get re elected as mayor.

What are you plans to increase public safety?:my plan is to get more players to choose the RCMP role instead to other roles that way there will be a good amount of cops as well as swat.

How do you plan to grow our small businesses and expand our markets alongside CEOs?:i will help to contribute towards the building of houses and businesses.

If given the option, would you rather hang out with the rich or the poor?:i would hang out with both because they are all people.

What is the number one change you would like to make to Pandahut #13's community?stop all the senseless violence that's happening in our town also build houses for the poor.
What do you plan to do with the Police Department?i plan on expanding the police department we will have at least 2 police posts in every town. All cops working around the clock to ensure the peoples safety.

Do you support the law-abiding citizens and Law Enforcement or do you support Bandits?:i support the law.

How are you going to create more of an organizational structure to the community? i will give money to the poor that's really in need of it so they can build houses of their own.

Lastly, you're in a car, driving down the Pandahut Highway, you see a group of folks who are building a home, and they ask you to stop and chat, do you stop? of course i would stop all the people of pandahut are good even bandits <3

As Mayor if elected, how will you be balance with the police and bandits, hitmen and kidnappers when you know you are "Head" leader of the police force?well just to be safe i would hire a private bodyguard so i may be protected at all times.

Will you provide funding to Pandahut Police and possibly other groups that may need it for Police stations and other bases/businesses/misc structures?that would be good for the police and other businesses so yes i would.

What laws will you add/keep if you became mayor?i would add the law that people can build anywhere they want without having to ask anyone,if killed returned a small amount of money to buy loot back.

What is your view of Pandahut #13 under your Mayoral Control?:I wont to help everyone and make ph13 a better place I know ive made some mistakes but Ive changed I promise!

What are you plans to increase public safety?: I will make sure that all illegal items are delt with I must say I have a beautiful vision!

How do you plan to grow our small businesses and expand our markets alongside CEOs?: I would like to build a mall for people to setup their shops, Hopefully this will help people expand and join forces to stop the bad guys!

What is the number one change you would like to make to Pandahut #13's community?: I would like to Build a large parking area to keep
the town nice and tiddy, I would also make sure that all of my swat/rcmp handle their arrest civically, As swat/rcmp they should under stand that we wont to make ph13 better get red of those mean guys.

What do you plan to do with the Police Department?: The police department I'm glad you have asked I would like to make sure all of my
are readily geared and ready to handle any arrest no matter the others role.

Do you support the law-abiding citizens and Law Enforcement or do you support Bandits?: I support law abiding citizens and law enforcement.

How are you going to create more of an organizational structure to the community?: I plan on createing a side walk and I plan on building
speed bumps to slow down crazed drivers.

As Mayor if elected, how will you be balance with the police and bandits, hitmen and kidnappers when you know you are "Head" leader of the police force? I would make sure that my police force deal with all raids,all kid napping and all robberys.

Will you provide funding to Pandahut Police and possibly other groups that may need it for Police stations and other bases/businesses/misc structures? Yes

What laws will you add/keep if you became mayor? I would keep the one floor away from the road law, I would like to add one law stopping at stop signs if not and caught this will result word result in a arrest!

Yes I shall never carry any weapons there is no need for me to do so, I will follow all rules, and ask admins before enforcing any new rule.

I would change laws under the right circumstances.

How do you plan to handle the current or a new RP town?: I would like to make it a better place! also create laws when needed after approval.

What is your view of Pandahut #13 under your Mayoral Control?: A happy community where everyone can feel safe

What are you plans to increase public safety?: I would increase the amount of patrols done around RP Town and the entirety of the map and make officers travel in pairs of 2

How do you plan to grow our small businesses and expand our markets alongside CEOs?: Depending on my mood, I may ask players to go check out their shop. It would basically be rhetoric persuasion. Ethos style. If the mayor thinks the shop is good, naturally, others will think it is aswell.

If given the option, would you rather hang out with the rich or the poor?: Poor. Rich people are often known to brag about their wealthiness and make fun of the poor.

What is the number one change you would like to make to Pandahut #13's community?: I would like to change the fairness of the RP community of all roles.

What do you plan to do with the Police Department?: I'd like to have 1 police group with a Maximum Security Prison. This way, all officers that join the group may, at all times, be able to find a cell to hold their prisoners.

Do you support the law-abiding citizens and Law Enforcement or do you support Bandits?: I don't exactly support bandits or outlaws, but sometimes cops can be annoying.

How are you going to create more of an organizational structure to the community?: I would make a mall and have players be hired to a certain shop. There will be a max of 3 shops per type of store . Instead of there being 10 shops in RP Town, there could be 1 mall with 10 shops. The shops will be small. No loot may be stored inside, if any loot is stored inside it will be destroyed. This is for the protection of the mall. The first shop (all types) will be provided by me, the next 2 must be bought. As for the new Judge role, I am going to make a courthouse for players to plead their cases if they're arrested.

Lastly, you're in a car, driving down the Pandahut Highway, you see a group of folks who are building a home, and they ask you to stop and chat, do you stop?: Depends if they're bandits, kidnappers, or neutral / law enforcing roles. It also depends on who I have with me at the time.

As Mayor if elected, how will you be balance with the police and bandits, hitmen and kidnappers when you know you are "Head" leader of the police force? I would make it so kidnappers could kill the hostage after a certain amount of time. This could encourage police/ other players to pay the bail or assist in the kidnapping. If someone is wanted, I may put a hit on them and will have all hitmen unable to be arrested. This could help the police force, as hitmen could kill / tell us the location of unwanted players. To balance out police, I would make it so they are stripped of their roles if they hit a certain amount of strikes. Lets say the resist arrest and is found with berries and explosives. I would give 1 strike per illegal doings, and at 3 strikes, they get suspended of their police role. I would also make it so cops have a disadvantage, making them wait a certain amount of time to arrest another player.

Will you provide funding to Pandahut Police and possibly other groups that may need it for Police stations and other bases/businesses/misc structures?: Yes, I would provide money to the builder to help increase the base/business.

I will be re-enforcing an old law, the player must ask me in order to make their architectural structure. This could lessen the lag in RP Town, and they must discuss the size of the base and have me agree on the size.

I will still be re-enforcing Raheem's law, but a lot cheaper. And instead of the money going to the mayor's own use, it will be distributed to the poor and to the PD.

Holstered Weapons
When in RP Town, you must have your weapons holstered / put on safety. This is for the protection of the people. It is also to increase RP, due to you not being able to walk around with a gun in your hand in real life. If found with a weapon that isn't holstered / put on safety, you may be arrested for Potential Threats to Society.
