#10 Crashed?

I have been told by two people that #10 has crashed, but that was 2 hours ago and it is still down...
If someone could let me know what is happening and when it will be back up?

A few mods cannot log into server 10 including me

So because a few mods cant get on they shut down the whole server?

There was some issues on-going although the server is back up now! I apologise for any inconveniences caused.
