The towns are so laggy at this point that it's pointless to go in without a super computer. I recommend a serve wipe and much stricter building laws.
Clear the server and make it to where you can have a 2x2 2 floor tall house with the right to build a garage making a possible 3x2 floor plan which can also be extended to a 3x2 second floor. You are allowed to build only one hanging room (Meaning it extends off your house)
Make it a rule that you can have a maximum of
- 1 camp fire
- 4 wall flares
- 6 to 8 torches
Per house.
Houses must be built a full 2 floors away from other houses and 1 floor away from the road.
Feel free to change this up and accept whatever. All I want right now is a cleaner server and to do that wipe the server.
