When players lie to staff its very hard especially for mods that dont have extra's like LOGS or enough proof. When players lie and when the mod comes to a conclusion and realizes that another player has lied and has made the situation 10x harder it gets very stressful that is why players are punished for "LYING" so they learn not to lie again and to take their punishment next time and be an honest player. That is what makes Pandahut players pandahut players the fact that everybody can be honest with each other even when they have made the biggest mistake of their life. If you were banned for lying then you should think about it for a very long time. If you still believe that you did NOT lie then you should make a player report on the mod or a ban appeal. Asking how you lied to come to a conclusion. I know how you feel this has happened to me before back in the Russia days.
