Hey guys as you all know I've been reelected as mayor. I'm writting this to let you all know you all have a say on what will happen on 13 for example an additional RP town. You guys can Noe comment on what you would like to see added on RP if I can make it happen I'll discuss it with the admins and see how it goes. Please comment your ideas below.

Make America Great Again.

Make better building codes and restrictions.

The houses get too big and cluttered and it lags absolutely everything.

Make houses be at least a foundation away from each other. 2 x 2 floor pattern with only 2 floors. You have the option of building a garage and making the bottom floor exclusively a 3 x 2 design. This way your second floor can maybe be a bedroom with a deck.

Max lighting decorations consist of:
1 fire
2 torch or flare hanging lights per floor with 1 extra allowed for the garage.
1 lamp total

As for generators you should not be allowed to own an industrial generator as no normal citizen owns one in real life. 1 total normal generator should do you just fine.

All the storage you want. 5 total plates of any size.

3 oil derricks and only the part of the house facing away from the road may have barbed wire of any kind. 20 total barbed wire fences, 30 total barbed wire of ornamental or normal. While we have roads mentioned it should be mandatory to place your house at lest 3/4 of a foundation away from the road to allow easy walking for pedestrians and a clear view for drivers, plus this way you can choose to put a sign against the road or your house like a barrier.

Do you agree with my list? This would certainly cut lag considerably as well as make RP towns neighborhoods safer to walk through and less of a burden on cops and drivers. If you detest any of this mention it and make a post detailing what you also think would be good from this list and anything you think should be on this list.

Things that could be added.

-A maximum of 10 bases in 1 rp town.
-Bases being 3x3x2 in max size.
-Public transit (bus station)
-Public Bathroom. (For fun)
-A total of 3 -4 rp towns around the map (liberation, fernwood, alberton, belfast)
-Bases should have spaces in-between them.
-Bases should not be near the road.
-Supply 2 industrial generators for 1 rp town. Let o gascitizens fill the generators up.
-No pumpjacks in RP town.
-Weapons should be on hold or not equipped i rp town.
-Speed limits around the map.
-Make use of the hospital and pharmacies by hiring a doctor.
-Make Charlotte a No zombie spawn town and use the buildings. So we don't have a 10k structures around the map and people can occupy pre-made bases.


There are a lot of things we can do to improve PEI..
