I brought an APC and jose and MR. Awseome steal it (which is wierd because the where both cops) and sell it to us back for 3k. then they sneak into the RPHD garage and take it back and try to charge us again. If people could comment if this is scamming i am not sure.

If they steal it then it is theirs. They have the right to sell it once they are out of sight with it.
