So, im hitman. And i have a question obviously. If you're on a cool down and theirs people with hits trying to kill a hitman, are u allowed to fight back. If they hit you first. Or are you just suppose to let them kill you with out getting to do anything. Hopefully this makes sense. Anyone know an accurate answer?

You can't hit them if your on cooldown, BUT if he is hitting you to kill you can fight back but only after he open fire on you
