Raiding rules need a small bit of reform.

Some players like the idea of a floating house, or something that looks nice.
Imagine this. The first floor is normal but empty with four full pillars holding it up. So this house is completely within the rules and the player got to be creative.
But imagine this. A troll walks by knowing the rules and thinks "If I get rid of those pillars with these explosives I happen to have I can laugh when the base is destroyed by admins for break of RP"
So now the house is raided, with /raid and everything, but nothing is taken. The raid is purely to grief and purely for a trolls amusement. The offline owner have no chance to save the house because they are sleeping. But oh one of the two owners of the house has school and a doctors appointment right after so they get very little play time. The play time that one player would have had is used up by family matters and by the time he/she gets a free moment it's bed time to prepare for the next day.
The second owner of the house however doesn't always play unturned and hasn't gotten on because he/she had friends over and IRL social life is more important to them than a game. So this owner of the house stayed off the computer for school and to hang out with their friends all night in either a guys night out or a sleep over.
This means the house was left alone for at least 32 to 40 hours max factoring in sleep time and more daily schedule. By the time these two players or at least one of them gets a chance to check the house and play a bit 24hrs has passed and the house has not been repaired meaning an admin has destroyed it.
In many ways this is just inconvenient to the players owning the house, but even more it's a straight insult to the work that player has done on that house because a troll raided without even taking anything.
Now you're thinking "Nobody cares, get to the point. What needs to be reformed" Let me answer that.
It should be against server rules to raid without taking anything before getting arrested or dying.
This happened to me. Our base was raided, nothing was taken despite the window being blown out and all our valuables being in wood crates. That means it was obviously a spite or joke raid. I take this as an insult because even with the /wreak plugin our window wouldn't have JUST randomly disappeared.
So I motion that a rule be instated saying "Anybody who is caught ending a raid and taking nothing will be punished"
Thank you for your time, have a nice night.
