Hey, I'm back. (Insert pokemon go song).
Today I have some more ideas.
I really think we need more government roles/law enforcement roles, like the FBI for more, "Hardcore situations" like a raid with tons of members, or CIA, to go undercover and investigate crime families like "Strazzi Crime Family". FBI assisting swat with mass raids. Bank robberies (if entered into RP). CIA for more suttle government work. Like investigating drug deals and going undercover as bandits or other roles then arresting the player.
President Idea: Okay, This role would be for ex mayors that have served well and have only retired, after they goto the "governor" role, they can apply for president which could lead the whole map and control all enforcer ranks and make new laws and/or treaties with bandit groups, can have lots of money and may build stuff, and hire up to 5 bodyguards. Have police escortation and such.

First of all, governor would already control the entire map. PEI is a province, not a country.
Second of all, do you know what FBI stands for? Federal Bureau of Investigation, and yes, they are usually the ones protecting the president in public but they're oftenly detectives, not defenders. CIA = Central Intelligence Agency. Both occupations have nothing to do with raids or hardcore situations unless the raids have crime cases that average detectives cannot crack. Normal officers already disguise themselves as bandits and other roles for drug deals and such. A mayor, governer, or president may have as many bodyguards as they need as the entire White House security
