RAG THE ARREST COMMAND IS BROKEN

The arrest command is broken when you try to arrest someone it says you can't arrest yourself. Jordan and i have tested this

Correction we can only arrest bandits

You can only arrest bandits, i do believe rag knows about this. It's already been brought up to staff before.

The command isn't broken, you're just unable to arrest a police officer that is a higher rank than you due to obvious reasons.
