New Rules Suggestions

Hello , Hopefully Ragnaros
I have Some Suggestion For New Rules:
1st Rule: Leaving The Kidnapped Person AS A kidnapper is Failrp (Because leaving the person so you could snipe cops is bullshit and we all know it)
2nd Rule : Insta-arrest As Failrp (because basicallyi lost over an entire airdrop plus the following guns
1x calling card
1x ekho 1x grizzly
1 honeybadger
1 dragon fang
Yep WE ALL know thats annoying to lose that much loot because of insta-arrests to hlep this i recommend that everytime you pick up a gun you have a 1 minute grace period of license to go and license the weapons to avoid instarrests)
and so far thats what i have in mind it would help players avoid trolls and make people enjoy the server a little bit more

1st rule isn't really needed bc the cops can't be killed until they call rescue so....
2nd rule: I beleive it should be classified as failRp if they are you get it from an air drop. But if you don't go and license it right away then the arrest will be legal. So yes I agree with this one.

Arrested a guy with a whole bunch guns that your listing idk if it was you but, the person i arrested was also taking drugs which drove me to arrest, and it was succesful.

The 1st rule is something kidnappers do not have to be with there victem as long as he knows they won't escape. It does give the victem a chance to kill his kidnapper when he comes back the other rules like the air drop that's there so weapon smith can make money for any weapon they have is licensed forever

so basically if you just get your weapons from a weaponsmith or an airdrop or you just found them in the middle of nowhere you should get like 5mins grace period to license them THis acctualy happens if weaponsmiths use the sellgun command which they dont

1.) I see no issue with this, I mean why wouldn't you be allowed to leave? IRL I could see a kidnapper leaving the person he kidnapped for any reason, to gain an advantage on officers or not.
2.)(First Section) Most officers I have patrolled with usually give the player a chance to license their weapons when they are arresting for unlicensed weapons. I think it should be a guideline at maximum to give first time offenders a chance to license their weapons.
(Second Section) For those who just recently got the weapon: I believe if not going to license the weapons immediately (after receiving them) then they are capable of being arrested for unlicensed weapons. Currently it is just the discretion of the officer which is more realistic, it also allows the officers to be more loose from the rules / regulations they need to follow.
My Final Opinion: I don't believe either of the rules should be added, only the second should have a guideline at maximum. (For the first section)
