As he is currently a TrialMod I would like to give Ryewolf a big +1 towards being a mod:

-He plays on both servers [#10 & #13]
-He is on when there aren't many or sometimes any other mods on
-He responds to all people who need him (including the freshspawns who type <bandit>)
-He's pretty dank

Agreed, he is a big help especially because I can't be on both servers at once.

All promotions and demotions are dealt by both Ragnaros and Queenie, they will promote if they see that a Staff member is doing well at his job. Although people giving credit to the mods that are doing very well will help them.
