If Anyone on 13 had the base raided or currently cant afford a home come to Oleary Prison, well I am on I will be giving free vault doors and lockers and 1 by 1 room in the prison. If you need a home come on down and Ill supply you with what you need!

Your homeless shelters were buildings which added things to the server to create lag, (I never said I was the first one) my idea is use the prison therefore making no lag but helping people who need a home!

What I meant to say was you placed them, this is me using one of the buildings on the map without create more identies/things(I dont know what to call them), This should create less lag and shelter the homeless,

I am not making any money from this and just trying to help people, I am not saying I am the first one to think of a Homeless Shelter because I am obviously not, but I think this way is the best way to prevent lag on the server and provide housing to people who don't have any where to go or can't afford it.

But still, unless you take away all the prison beds, chairs, outfits, etc. that prison will never look like a homeless shelter, no matter how many doors.
