On #13, me and my friend called a robbery on Bird, the moderator. The rob went south and he killed my friend and I was behind a close tree and called rob over. Around 10-15 seconds later, I said in voice "rob is over! I called it over!" then went out. I was then shot and killed by Bird moments after I accepted my friends TPA request. I got almost none of my loot back and Bird wouldn't restore my inventory for me after he KOS'ed me. He claimed was "crossfire" and an "accident", and if it was, he should still restore inv on me.

You were killed fairly, the Robbery wasn't called for about 5-6 seconds before you ran into the open and due to you and your friend's incredibly similar names, I was unsure who was who. Your friend did not call off their rob as a matter a fact until after a minute or two when they came back as well. I did not hear and I do not believe that you said in voice that the Robbery was over. This has been dealt with by TheyCallMeSean as well and he too has claimed this to be a fair kill. It also did not help how you simply came back to repeatedly insult me in voice then proceed to do the same in World Chat.
