I would like to tell you guys if you want a bandit ranks because police have police captain,and chief. Replay what ya think if its good

Police obviously have a ranking system because in real-life the police have a hierarchy which means they report to their senior commander and then so on. Bandits don't really have this as they are free "Working" people, they work by their own rules and do everything for themselves, they are not government funded.
Bandits can't have a hierarchy system as it doesn't make sense to have because bandits or criminals don't follow rules or anything of the sort in fact they are more likely to backstab each other for extra cash.

yeah but in real life you got diffrent skiiled bandits like just bandit that rob people and you got people like the mafia that is doing biger crimes

This is exactly why people make their own mafia groups.

As agent said, hierarchy in an unlawful role would be very difficult and a group of bandits are most likely to kill each other in each other's sleep.
For you plebs and plebbets, hierarchy is a chain of command, ex. cadet, officer, chief, captain, deputy, sergeant, sergeant major, lieutenant, lieutenant major, marshall.

You can join or make your own Mafia group and try to control a district in either Washington or PEI.
There won't be a hierarchy system for Bandits, as it doesn't make any sense in terms of realism.
