#20 suggestion

Why dont We have mvp kits or Other rank kits in #20...... It'll encourage more people to get ranks!
All vanilla servers don't have any plugin inputs or implementations, otherwise the server won't be a vanilla server anymore.
Vanilla is for players who want to play a hardcore survival version of unturned, they receive no help from any plugins at all.
