Recently, me and my friend have been building bases, and every time we have built one, within the next 3 days it is destroyed by an admin. For instance, I got on today, went around the map for 3 minutes, and came back to see the base wasn't even their, nothing. Now I know they do this as standard protocol, but their have been bases standing for well over 8 days, and they're HUGE. our bases have been tiny. I now feel like the admins have something against us. This is why I have decided to sue whoever admin keeps on doing this, for 50k

I repeat I am going to sue the admin for 50K

If a moderator could please reply to this, and help me start this sue, that would be very appreciated.

Bases are wiped when there are to many elements on the map so this causes Admins to wreck them.
They do not pick certain bases they wipe whatever they can.

This is done to reduce lag issues across the server.

Is this not breaking RP, as you don't have admins breaking buildings within the time span of 3 minutes irl?

Also, SUING is filing a LAWSUIT against someone that you have SEEN doing ILLEGAL activity.
Ex: I robbed this one skreb over at summerside, but this dude saw me from the hill. He filed a lawsuit against me for 2k, I was rekt.
Destroying your base is not an offense where the admin merely pays you, if this said admin destroyed your said base constantly with no warning, then this said ADMIN (if its an admin) will get demoted. I'm pretty sure you get perma banned if you get demoted from admin, don't quote me on it tho.

If the base has already been raided and there is close to nothing left the base is cleared. If no beds or lockers are inside the base it will be cleared. If the base is too large or blocks off an entire area of the map then it will be cleared.
Some Admins leave signs saying "You have 24 hours to repair your base or it will be completely cleared (Signed by Admin) (Dated)" and then if it's not repaired it's cleared.

Btw, I am that friend he mentioned. I know they destroy bases because they are raided or whatever, but when one of my bases was raided, the remains of the base were still there...a day later...but when I logged by on today and my base was fine, I went out around the map for a few minutes and came back to my base...no raids were called and clearly an admin destroyed it. Today when I had built a bridge from Stratford-Montague, I had built a tiny house on the side of it. jroc gave me full permission to build the bridge and the bridge even had ways for boats go under. This is unfair and something needs to be done. In total, all of our bases have been worth around 60-70k and all i have received in compensation is around 20k.

As of right now a suing for bamboo system is not in place at the request of ragnaros. However even if we had one set in place you cannot sue for bamboo for non-rp issues.

I understand this, but something still needs to be done. We deserve compensation this has happened way to many times. I see bases that have been standing for around 10 days and they are very large, and our bases aren't that big but have tons of things inside them. We spent a lot of money and time on theses bases for them to just get destroyed? How is that fair?!

Possibly could have to do with placement, the closer to alberton(13) and Seattle(10) you are the higher the chance of it getting destroyed. As they are the main population hubs of those servers.

Of there are massive bases that stand close to Alberton on 13, and they have remained for around 10-15 days or more, howcome they always destroy ours. I paid for a rank on this server and spent my money on building a base for it to just be taken away? Not just once, 5-6 times?!
