So to begin with: Yesterday someone visited my house. He said that his friend wanted to trade with me. A few minutes later he tp'ed his friend and then robbed me(scamming?). I had my gun on safety, then I put it on auto, to defend myself.(kos?)
they instantly killed me.

So I think the rules need to be a little more clear.
-What exactely is scamming?
-What means ''pulling a gun out'' mean exactely? In my opinion, my case was not pulling a gun out..

I don't really care about my stuff, or the people who did this to me, so please don't put your effort into that.

The second thing:
Yesterday I was building a big base. I spent hours in building it.

Today i logged into the server, and everything was just perfectly fine.
But, Then I went offline to eat. (like 30 minutes) I came back, and MY WHOLE BASE was gone. (this just happended) I asked an admin, what happended?
so he said it was raided and then wiped. This made me really mad, cuz they wiped it in 30 minutes. I didnt even have a chance to fix my base!
Ive seen admins who put signs in bases with the text: ''Fix ur base in 24 hours or it will be wiped''
I Think this is a very good thing, and maybe it should be a new rule for admins..

I call the first thing baiting as in asking for a builder or weaponsmith then when you tpa you get robbed, I dont like when players do that cuz i get kidnapped from these reasons. Anyways you died also because when you took your gun off safety they got right to kill you.

Th second case, the admin that wiped your base had no right to clear it. They should have put a sign up giving you 24 hours.

going back to the important topic of this post: rules need to be more clear, i find people that try to be "smart" and abuse the rules in order to kill someone, like rule number 4 of raids

If ALL the players participating in the raid have died, the raid is considered OVER. If any raid member has died during the raid he CANNOT come back unless all participating raiders have called their raid over. If breaking this rule, it will count as Fail RP!

there is a big confusion, if the main raider dies the raid is over (the people that assisted that person that did /raid have to do /raidover) i don't know if this is true or not, some mods say it is and others not

Scamming is the act of selling faulty items or not being fair to a deal. When you are buying something as a scammer, your goal is to take the item without having to pay for it, or pay less than it is worth. When you are selling something as a scammer, your goal is to take their money and give them something FAKE or something they didn't pay for that isn't worth as much they gave you.
Ex: I'm selling a rocket launcher. The rocket launcher is worth 13k in shop and I sell it for 14.5k, but I am a scammer. This dude walks up to me and wants to buy the rocket launcher. I make him pay first, of course. When he pays me, I drop a plastic rocket launcher that looks indistinguishably like a real one, and is only worth 10$. Rip 14.5k, wasted on girls and shoes. <3 Mike Posner.

I'm buying some shits In the black market, the usual grenade and such. I wander into an explosive dealer and ask him How much for one of those charges breh? He says 5k. I pay him 5k, but the money is counterfeit. I get me a charge for free.

yeah okay, as I said, I dont really mind about the scam thing.

'Has the right to self-defense and may shoot if the player being robbed pulls out a gun (Only if the gun is pulled out AFTER the robbery starts.)'

Is what it says in the rules concerning bandits being able to defend themselves during a robbery, it clearly states that they can shoot the player they are robbing if a gun is /pulled/ out during a robbery, not taken off safety. Therefor, if what 36mb is saying is true, those players had no right to kill him, as his gun was already out before the robbery started.
