Mayor on Pandahut RP 10

We have all heard that Peppermint Bark A.K.A Duck has stepped down as mayor, and gave his role to Loxton, but i believe that the role of Mayor should not just be passed on to someone.
In order to respect the voice of the public i believe we should re-elect a mayor.
As someone who plays a non-violent and helpful role in the community as a doctor, assisting the RPHD and smaller Police forces within the city I believe that i would be able to fill the role, and fully commit to a full term, without losing interest and leaving like so many of our mayors do.
I have close connections to the members of the RPHD, having been on the force for a while in the past, before settling down as a Medical Practitioner. I would help set up small posts throughout the city for players to go to if theyre nervous about being followed; giving more work to police and setting up a more active Quadrant system for police patrols. This would greatly lower response time.
I pledge to employ a dispatch worker, to keep the police force organized and to stop the issue of having the entire force respond to every issue. The RPHD has an amazing new Station and a very dedicated force, and I believe that i would be able to help keep things running at it's full potential.
Keeping an open mindset is a priority, and i would keep my office doors open to all new ideas.
