Why make this when theres the PEPD? We have a safezoned prison and HQ.

because P.E.P.D is a overpopulated corrupt group? 80% of the server is in PEPD, as for the SAPD is a select group of people specialized in tactical and sniping situations.

what? not true. there's a few ppl but not so much, plus if there were like 80 ppl in that group, there is only like 2 to 5 active everyday so u know. plus we are not corrupted

What is a mass arrest?:In my understand where as someone who commits a crime multiple times and get arrested for crimes,or where as a group of police arrest soemoene in a certain area
