Trial mods can't warn.
/adminH displays a message for all staff to see, it is a message in chat, which often will be moved so far up due to regular player chat, that is why it usually takes 3 or more of these messages for staff to be able to see the name, and see the reason why.
If you notice staff are not doing their job by not replying to multiple of these messages or Private Messages that are sent to them, you have all the right to report this incorrect behavior.

A user should not be warned for saying "Hi".
Asking can someone "become a weaponsmith" is not RP, how can someone suddenly transform into a weaponsmith? this is role-play, ask it another way, differently, like "is there a weaponsmith in town?Nearby? does someone own a gunshop?
Keep using /adminH! Staff will see it! If you know someone is staff, PM them!! it does in fact help!
Again, don't dont mention roles or server or things that you wouldn't say as if you were the person you are playing as.
Lastly, mind the language please.
The only reason people mention the role stuff in world chat is when they wait 20 minutes after like 3 /adminh's that they are forced to say it in world chat so they can get a response. People ask staff members if they can become a certain role when no on responds they are that certain role in need, because staff can change roles. I feel this warning system is being used by certain staff members to show higher ups they're doing their job, but when no higher ups are on, they don't respond to anyone when they need help.

Regarding that fact that staff don't always do their jobs, Nyte was banned and demoted for his actions, but he's actually someone who does their job, and made one mistake, so he gets demoted? Although I don't know the whole situation, he at least did his job while he was on. I don't want to give names on here, but MANY mods and even trial mods don't respond when someone is in need of help, and some even go on duty and kick themselves which is just out right ridiculous.
