Doctor's salary on RP 13

So off the bat no one really plays as a doctor cause it can get pretty boring (kit health puts a real damper on things too) but I noticed that on RP 10 we get a 350 salary every hour which is pretty great. However, on 13 there is no such salary. Why is that?
