Hey all,

We've taken up on your suggestions to integrate more communication between the Police and Doctor roles. With this in mind, the following changes have been made:

• The /er (Emergency Radio) command has been added. It does the same thing as /police. It's more convenient to type and more appropriate for its use
• Doctors now receive all emergency calls from players using /police location or /er location
• Doctors have a direct line of communication with police using /pr message
