Police/RCMP Chiefs, Captains, and Deputies Can Now Check for Illegal Items!

Hello Pandas,
It has recently come to our attention that Police/RCMP Chiefs, Captains, and Deputies were not able to /checkplayers carrying illegal items. This command was previously restricted to SWATs only.
After listening to your suggestions, we have decided to allow Police/RCMP Chiefs, Captains, and Deputies to check players carrying illegal items as well, just like SWATs. This should help improve the balance between Police Forces and Bandits
