Hello Pandas!
I'd like to announce one of the additions we've been working on as a part of our Police & Criminals re-work! There will be lots more to follow shortly!
Furniture Expansion Mod Re-added!
As some of you may remember, we used to have a furniture expansion mod that has been removed, this has now been re-added and can be used right away! For a full ID list please visit viewtopic.php?f=33&t=34138&p=204861#p204861
These can only be used by Decorators!
Taser Addition - Police Only
A taser has now been added for ALL Police roles to utilise! Upon shooting, this will incapacitate players forcing them to be frozen in place and surrender allowing for officers to place those handcuffs on right away! This is available for use right now!
Features
Freezes player in place
Forces player to surrender
Forces player to crouch
Forces player out of vehicles and stops them from entering vehicles
Lasts for 5 seconds (can be changed in the future following some tests)
Carries 5 cartridges
Tasering function ONLY works for police-roles. Note: Players can equip the taser and shoot it, but unless you're a police role the tasering function will not work.
Taser ID 40000 & Taser cartridges ID 40001 both added to the shop to be bought by all police roles
Taser & Cartridges added to all police kits (Cartridge amount dependent on your police rank)
Rule Addition - Tasers
Police officers MUST utilise their taser to conduct their arrest if the warnings are not followed, the only time you may shoot to kill a player is if they equipped a weapon or have still not followed your instructions after having been tasered and handcuffed!
^ This means during the warning process, if you've reached your final warning and the player is not listening, you MUST utilise your taser before any lethal option is used! If after tasering and hancuffing the player is still refusing your instruction to follow you into their Jail, then you can utilise lethal force. It is to be assumed that after the player has been handcuffed following a taser deployment, you are to warn them again to follow you to the Jail, if they still refuse to follow you, then you may deploy lethal force. (This will soon be replaced with a force-drag feature)
Upcoming additions
Police - Force drag players & Speedometer addition to allow for speeding laws, Seatbelt addition to allow for seatbelt laws and damage to players if not worn
Criminals - Robbery re-work, bank robberies
Other roles - Complete certain role-based missions for rewards
