Random vehicle spawns on the map! [Automated event]

Hello guys, you might notice in-game that there'd be random annoucements like those:
"Bandits have abandoned a Hind at Seattle! Go find it and it may be yours!"
This is a random event that will happen between 1 - 2 hours automatically on the server, there's a lot of different vehicles that can spawn and they'll spawn in random locations! So be on the lookout!
