Server #13 changing back to PEI on Friday

As you guys have decided on this topic, Roleplay Server #13 will be changed from Russia back to PEI this coming Friday, along with the game update.
We hope you all enjoy the changes, and stay tuned for our test RP server with modded content, and the coming Military RP Server!
