If a person is on break (Unturned) You cannot demote them, if they go on break for some weeks/months and stay away longer than that period, understandable.

Just to clarify my previous statements were intended for people who have left rcmp for other roles for an extensive period of time and NOT informed me.
If a person goes on break from unturned that is obviously a different case.
