ok so I bought MVP on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 and it said I get 200k on RP servers but I only got 100k same thing with the PvP Server only got 200k not 400k so I I'm hoping some can help me with this problem oh and the same thing happened when I bought VIP+ only got half of the bamboo it said on the in-game ranks! So like WTF someone please help I want what I spent my money for!

I think I know the problem in your case. If you upgrade from previous ranks, the system does not give you money you recieved from a previous rank. For example, if you get Vip+ and upgrade to MVP you would recieve 400,000-180,000=220,000 bamboo for PvP and 200,000-100,000=100,000 bamboo for roleplay. This is to prevent players from upgrading one step at a time and recieveing way more bamboo than just upgrading all at once. Hope this helps.
