I think you need to do more of a quality > quantity mindset for your videos. Gather lots of good content from 1-2 weeks of gameplay and edit that into a single video. What would attract and make people want to watch your videos? Find something unique you can do with your videos to help gain some fans too.

Make sure your settings are all the way down so the video quality is a bit better. Also the song is a bit dull and doesn't fit with the video.
