6. after a hitman kills a hit, make a percent chance of the state prosecuting the hitman with a 5k hit
7. do something with judge and lawyer or remove them
8. clarify if a cop/police officer can kill the target if they are running after 3 warnings or right away

You should make it to were bandits cant help other bandits anymore becuase its kinda dum how they can have an advantage were a cop isnt looking then boom gets killed by other bandit friend it should be were they have to defend there self

You should also make it to were theres a command to start a police chase so people can know there in a rp situation. Ex. /Pursuit Classified then it would say Nando has started a pursuit against Classifed all cops respond the officer is allowed to shoot at tires and maybe we should add road spikes and traffic cones ect. But then after the pursuit is over the player can either be arrested for running away from an officer or if lost sight in 20sec or less they have to call it over and they could put a warrant for Running away from cops something like that. But i think then player should be able to do something like in real life chases ex. /surrender or they can be like other people were they shoot at the cops

Make it so that bandits may only defend against their friend once they've done a command, similar to /rescue, and then they're instant KOS to any arresting officers, and add some rules to it to prevent sniping.

Alright, welcome to MattCobra’s ideas.

1. Keep Kill Warrants
2. Specify the rules on kill warrants, we seriously need to discuss whether or not somebody can surrender more than once.
3. Add more clarity to KOS rules - as it stands now, I can walk up to you, have a five minute conversation with you and kill you HOWEVER IT’S TECHNICALLY NOT KILL ON SIGHT. I’d recommend changing it to ‘you can not kill somebody without valid reasoning’
4. Clarity on Police Raid rules - what counts as valid evidence and what doesn’t.
5. Either remove, or give us a way to enforce the Fear RP rule.
6. Decreases the maximum amount you can kidnap for to 1750 as, the ransom is rarely paid due to it being a relatively large sum of money and most of the time people get all their loot.
7. Moreover, people should be able to kidnap chiefs for 3K and deputies for 6K.
8. Allow bandits to only kill other bandits being arrested who are in their group.
9. May not directly be linked to rules, but increase weapon prices as they’re way to low.
