I think that tanks should be like a police car to an extent (I'm talking about RP). To where if anyone but a SWAT (even police) is caught driving one they can be arrested by SWAT. It should also be a vehicle that only Mechanics and SWAT can buy (this will replace the APC for SWAT, so they will be able to buy Police Helicopters and Tanks). I just read what Five said.......
