I accidently hit him with my fists. It was a missclick. He didn't tell me to heal him. He didn't say "heal or get killed" He just shot me. And he says its a fair kill.

I lost all my items. I have to post this on the forums because I can't join the game because it says "Econ Ticket failed verifying" or something like that. Or "Player list and queue is full"

Eh. Probably. He did. I don't know that much. I'm new to pandahut.

You hit him and did damage to him which means he can self defend himself, if you read the rules at Roleplay Rules

Next time when making a player or staff report post it in the correct section of the forum.
