Econ ticket has been fixed!

Hello panda's! We're happy to say that Nelson has fixed the econ ticket error 
Tweaks:
- Tweaked Equiped Steam items to show a gear icon.
- Tweaked to ignore econ ticket till fixed.
It's not actually fixed but it allows Unturned to ignore the error until Steam actually fix it, but technically "Fixed"
