These are the "PANDAHUT OFFICIAL SERVER RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE" as stated.

1.5 You may not harass other players, by following/stalking them around the map or servers, repeatedly killing them until they ragequit, repeatedly sending them unwanted TPA requests, or any other form of bullying.

The opposing play has been punished as well.

Please do not make topics that will cause arguments, your punishment has been given and the other player also received a warning.
