I just keep getting a message

When i try to enter they say that the server is full and it just 21/24 ( Pandahut 10 ) ... they told me that maybe slots are reserved ...

Our servers include 2 reserved slots meaning one, who is non-donator, can only join when the server is 21/24.
The reason you cant get in at 21/24 is just because someone joined faster then you.
