Pandahut 23 not working?

when i have tried to connect to ph 23 so far today it has either lost connection or put me into 1st place in the queue, but i could never get into the actual game. i didn't see anything else on this subject so i thought i would let you know

I know that the 'Announcement' plugin is broken, I will try to get on now, stand by.
