Pandahut Network Forums

I have been wondering if I can make my own pandahut group because the people who make groups (the red rose,rppd,Los muertos) are mainly mods

So I was wandering if I could make a group that has requirements

Because I'm thinking about mabye making a police group for swat.

Called the P.H.S.F (Panda hut Swat Force)

I want this to be like a mini rppd,for the people who can't get in the rppd but still want to be in a police force *cough* like me *cough*
