So I have to donate Extra $$? Just to get double bamboo?

We won't start giving free bamboo away to all donators, the double bamboo is an event which only happens now for those new donators, we cannot simply gift you free bamboo because you're a donator as we would have to then do the same for all donators, which won't happen.
