Regarding Feast in Pandahut 25 and 20

Is there supposed to be no feast in the Hawaii servers of pandahut? The two pvp servers for hawaii (20 and 25) have no feast.

No they are pvp. The ones where I can do my /kit mvp. I can do commands in them such as /buy /sell /balance and etc.
