So his name is in the screenshot and he shot me and my friends heli down and the vest/backpack was the only thing there and he was only spinning (like rolling a ball) (also I hit him with a very powerful sniper rifle so he might have had god mode as well

no the powerful rifle was a ax338 AND look at the floating vest (that's the proof the rest was context)

no it wasn't bugged loot it was rolling toward me hit me once like a punch and I died

Try posting this in the correct forum and by using the correct format.
The 'higher ups' will take this claim much more seriously.

Yea thats a glitch. restart your game, there is no "rolling ball" hack.
