You might want to record your voice in audacity for better quality and control of your volume rather than your recording software. If your recording software doesn't allow you to put your mic volume to 0, or disabled then you might want to use OBS. (Audacity will give you an audio track of your voice alone, leaving you to be capable of adjusting the volume and other things.) This is obviously only if you want to increase the quality of your videos.

P.S Your voice volume is too loud.
