Pandahut #19 Russia server claim flag report

Apparently, other players cannot build in the secret area/ Easter Egg area of St. Petersburg( under the tunnel ) because there is a hidden claim flag there( a glitch maybe), or it might be inside the laboratory. I don't know if that is legal but in my opinion, it must be forbidden to claim it.
