After you select what rank you will buy (bottom of front page) depending on which rank you choose. 2 (or only 1) other spaces will show and in those spaces is the list of all the guns you can choose, you must select he weapons you want to use with you rank on pvp, after this (and entering you steamID64) you just buy it and after the purchase go in game on a pandahut server to check that you have your rank

Your weapon will also be obtained through a kit, so on pvp servers just type /kit <gunnamehere> so in my case /kit zubeknakov.
