i spent 1 minute solving it to scroll down and see that brainy McMoist did it

For rp I don't see why it couldn't be lowered but for pvp it should probably stay the same, since in rp it's only use is to get around the map quickly, since you can't raid with it really and there's no chance of you flying around shooting people in a rp situation.
